I’ve managed to start a new nightly routine where I tent myself under the blankets and play Claude Debussy on pandora. From the glow of my phone i’ll write my secrets down in my journal. I make a list of things that are bothering me and quietly read them outloud and tell myself that I will not worry about those worries tomorrow. Tonight my list was a full page. We’ll see how this...
